Hwang Jang Lee stars as an evil Dragon Claw master bent on killing off every other Dragon Claw fighter in order to be the true Master. After Finishing off the Final Dragon Style master he believes he has finished his journey until he finds out that the masters wife and son had escaped. He then sends his two hench men Red man and Green Man to find and kill them both. On the run the mother and the son find refuge in a small shack where she teaches her son the basics of Dragon Claw Kung fu, but befor she can finish her lesson she is killed by the two henchmen. All alone the young son searches for the only person who can help him, a long lost uncle his mother mentiond befor her death. The son searches and runs into an old drunk medicine peddler who takes him in and teaches him kung fu. After day’s and night’s of teaching and training the young son realizes that the old man he recently met was in actuality the uncle he had never met. Finally with the Skills necissary the son sets off to find the Evil Master and get revenge. A high impact final duel showing off what Hwang Jang Lee can do, and also Puting John Chang in the spotlight as one of the best young stars. Another Joseph Kuo spectacular. Must see

I would actually say this is one of Dragon Lee’s better performances, but if Silver Fox wasn’t in this, it would be a complete loss. Kind of like “Demon Strike” you wait and watch this movie for the end. But the ENTIRE movie blows and just doesn’t make any sense. But then again it is a Godfrey Ho movie so it is actually good for him. It does have a sex scene as the other reviewer says and while it was too long and had no place in the movie, I did nto mind. Frontal, backal, you get the idea. And I certainly hope I never have to see a silver fox love scene again. The reason this movie gets a 2 and not a 1 is beacuse Dragon’s friend in the movie has some REALLY good moves and both him and Dragon pull off a coupel of sweet kicks at the end. And the end is actually pretty good, even if the movie didn’t make any sense up to that point.

I picked this up for a couple bucks hoping it would be decent, and was suprised. The print is dark in a few places making the night scenes sometimes difficult to see, but not impossible. The plot is weird and kinda confusing (chinese ninja clan?) but I find that a plus in old fu films. The action isn’t bad at all, lots of different styles and weapons, not to mention several rather hilarious sequences plus the odd breast-shot or two.. What more is there to ask for in a random fu flick?

    Very enjoyable.
